Shipping & Returns
Shipping within the United States is free for orders over $75.
Orders under $75 is flat fee of $5 for domestic shipping.
July Nine uses the United States Postal Service for domestic shipping. All packages will ship with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. July Nine cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a confirmed delivery. We encourage people to either be home at the time of delivery or have items sent to a work address.
Domestic packages take 5-7 business days from the time of shipment.

Shipping outside the United States is free for orders over $200.
Shipping outside the USA can be pretty expensive so we do our best to provide you the lowest but most reliable options for shipping. See the chart below for your region and shipping costs.
We have two international shipping options available to our customers. Standard USPS shipping at a flat rate of $15 (12-15 day delivery) or DHL International Express shipping (3-4 day deliver) for $30. We've found DHL is the most reliable and efficient method for our international customers to receive their packages but providing a more affordable option was also a priority, through USPS.
Import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot mark purchases as a gift. July Nine will need your phone number for the customs forms. This will help insure a prompt delivery of your package.

July Nine stands behind the quality of our products and the materials used. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, free of wear marks and odors caused by things like smoke or pets. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns past 30 days or for used and worn items.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to return or exchange an item and we will email you a printable return postage label (USA only) and return instructions. International customers can email us for return/exchange for bags purchased through our website.
To exchange an item, please purchase a replacement item though JulyNine.com to insure it is in stock and we can get you a replacement quickly.
Sale items are not refundable but are exchangeable.
Items that were purchased through one of our retail partners should be returned and exchanged with them. July Nine cannot return items that were not purchased from us directly.
It is rare, but if you receive the wrong item or a defective product makes it past our inspection please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right.
